designed to make that as easy as possible.

Send your order ID and complete details about what exactly is the cause of return
• Return shipping, insurance, and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
• Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
• Client is advised to not use the product. As any used product may or may not be
refunded / returned / exchanged as depending upon scenario.
• Products will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sell-able
condition.
• Any Claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be
made within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
• Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any
circumstances.
• A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reason other than defect or
damage.
• Custom clearance is customer’s country is not our responsibility, we can offer
any documentation required but we don’t offer refund for custom returned
packages, we can reship but no refunds.
